Simple Sketches # 11

Sketch 11 comes to you with lots of different variations on the inspiration it provided! Lots of fun techniques, and even a 3-page spread were all used to bring this sketch to life by the design team. This week also features a special appearance from our own Lee Thompson, who is visiting the odd numbered team as a fill in. Thanks for your extra, hard work, Lee! It is greatly appreciated!

Simple Sketches # 10

This week's sketch shows us 4 pictures in 2 different sizes. We all get stuck in a rut where we only use one size, and I always forget that you can scrap more than one size, as well, even when designing my sketches! Not only do we have a great variety of pages and projects to offer this week, ranging from the traditional paper to digital to a card, but we also have a video tutorial by our own Valerie Reyes to show her process for making her page from the sketch. Simple Sketches # 9

Sketch 9, today, is a fun little gem that the team did lots of creative stuff with! They all kept to 3-photos, like the original sketch, but you could fit this to any number of photos, like our lone 1-photo page below. The girls had all kinds of fun with techniques on this sketch, as well. There's lots of splatters and even some modeling paste being used this week! We hope you enjoy the inspiration as much as we've enjoyed creating pages this week.

Simple Sketches # 8

Today, we bring you Sketch 9, which can be simple and quickly done, or you can technique it up and really make something cool! There are lots of fun variations provided by the design team this week! I love the flips, the different sized photos, and pretty much everything they had to show. This week, we welcome a special guest designer, Rebecca Price, who rocked out a super adorable fall page with this week's sketch! Thanks, Rebecca!

Simple Sketches # 7

Sketch 7 is reminiscent of the modular-style Project Life pages that have become so popular these days. I was really inspired to use tags for this sketch, to play around with them and see how I could put photos on them. The girls really did an awesome job translating this modular-style sketch for their more traditional needs, don't you agree?

Simple Sketches # 6

Sketch #6 is a 3-photo wonder that the design team adapted in so many different ways. You could add more photos, like I did, move the placement around, like Genie did, use lots more journaling, like Valerie did, add your own personal touches, like Martine did, or even convert it to a 1-photo layout, like Lee did! So many different versions of just one sketch and they're here to inspire you!
